La destructivit\u00e9, que nous aurons \u00e0 d\u00e9finir dans ce contexte sp\u00e9cifique de soin psychique,\u00a0 est engag\u00e9e par la situation de groupe, et entre en \u00e9cho avec la pathologie des jeunes patients. Elle menace l\u2019identit\u00e9 fragile des enfants, faisant trace sur le moi corporel et parfois sur la peau des participants. A la sensation que le groupe n\u2019existe pas, le travail intertransf\u00e9rentiel oppose une longue et difficile \u00e9laboration, pour que les premiers lin\u00e9aments d\u2019une enveloppe groupale plus apais\u00e9e puissent \u00e9merger, et donner lieu \u00e0 des premi\u00e8res esquisses de jeux groupaux. Les professionnels sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des pathologies de d\u00e9liaison au moment notamment o\u00f9 ce lien doit se cr\u00e9er et se constituer. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une pratique extr\u00eamement complexe qui mobilise chaque professionnel dans sa propre histoire personnelle. Tous ces mouvements de d\u00e9liaison se d\u00e9placent et contaminent l\u2019espace psychique des groupes de professionnels. Les groupes d\u2019analyse de la pratique proposent un espace de parole et d\u2019\u00e9laboration qui est en mesure de contenir des \u00e9l\u00e9ments issus de la pratique mais aussi de les rendre figurables. \u00ab\u00a0Violence et d\u00e9structivit\u00e9 des fantasmes et des associations libres\u00a0\u00bb<\/h4>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019animation des groupes th\u00e9rapeutiques avec des enfants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de la latence dans lesquels dominent le chahut et la co-excitation, contre toute attente ma surprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019observer peu d\u2019agitation et de motricit\u00e9 dans ces groupes de l\u2019adolescence qui fonctionnent avec l\u2019association libre alors m\u00eame que l\u2019agir est une des grandes pr\u00e9occupations des sp\u00e9cialistes de cet \u00e2ge, en faisant remarquer cependant que dans d\u2019autres cadres, par exemple pour les groupes mis en place dans certaines institutions o\u00f9 l\u2019abstinence ne peut pas \u00eatre respect\u00e9e, l\u2019excitation et la violence peuvent envahir le groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Ce lien entre l\u2019activit\u00e9 fantasmatique intense et la r\u00e9duction des agirs renvoie \u00e0 S. Freud qui d\u00e8s 1895<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>dans \u00ab l\u2019Esquisse\u00a0\u00bb, propose deux voies de d\u00e9charge des tensions internes : la voie courte par la d\u00e9charge motrice et la voie longue qui passe par les repr\u00e9sentations psychiques et l\u2019activit\u00e9 fantasmatique. En 1908, il pr\u00e9cisait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 propos de l\u2019adolescent qu\u2019en grandissant \u00abau lieu de jouer (comme l\u2019enfant), il s&rsquo;adonne maintenant \u00e0 sa fantaisie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En revanche donc les fantasmes sont nombreux et \u00e9voqu\u00e9s avec beaucoup de crudit\u00e9 et de violence. Ils ont principalement pour th\u00e8me, la sexualit\u00e9 le corps et la destructivit\u00e9. Nous montrerons \u00e0 partir de nos observations cliniques, comment la violence re\u00e7ue de la part de leur compagnon mais \u00e9galement transmise au niveau transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel, s\u2019infiltre dans les liens qui animent les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et impacte la contenance, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant un dysfonctionnement au sein du groupe. L\u2019\u00e9quipe se retrouve psychiquement \u00ab en miroir \u00bb de la population accueillie dans une homologie dysfonctionnelle (Pinel, 2008). A l\u2019image de la probl\u00e9matique de ces couples, l\u2019\u00e9quipe souffre d&rsquo;un manque de contenance, de liens toxiques \u00ab mortif\u00e8res \u00bb et \u00ab d\u2019a-r\u00eaverie\u201d (en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la notion \u201cd\u2019a-r\u00eaverie couplale\u201d, Sanahuja, Bernard, Naimi, 2020). A partir de ces constats, nous partons de l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se que ce processus de d\u00e9liaison, serait d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019activation de la \u201cfonction toxique\u201d (en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au Moi-peau de Didier Anzieu) qui se rejouerait dans leur transfert et entraverait la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00eaverie et de symbolisation des professionnels, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant alors le recours \u00e0 l\u2019agir. Foulkes conceived group analysis as a new epistemology for individual-society relations. Combining psychoanalysis and sociology and prioritizing the social nature of persons, Foulkes enabled &#8211; through the concept of matrix &#8211; the exploration of intersubjective and trans-subjective perspectives to the understanding of human suffering in connection to the social world. This paper explores through classic and contemporary group analysis, how group-analytic professionals address destructiveness, hatred, regression and progression in persons, groups and social systems. With this aim, the paper introduces work in large groups which provides an in-depth understanding of primitive processes and psychotic mechanisms that take place in interpersonal and transpersonal interaction in groups, as envisaged by the pioneer Patrick de Mar\u00e9, ongoing large-group work in humanization of society and the development of a state of impersonal fellowship \u2013 Koinonia. Under a more contemporary lens &#8211; and in association with large-group work and the concept of tripartite matrix &#8211; this paper also presents Earl Hopper\u2019s Incohesion: Aggregation\/Massification Theory and the role traumatic experiences have in the unconscious life of groups.
