Preparation of the poster :
The poster must clearly indicate: the title, name and affiliation (company/institution) of each author. The contact details of the main author must be given.
The poster must be well spaced out. Text and illustrations must be balanced, and illustrations may be images, tables, graphs, etc. Avoid long texts. The layout is not compulsory, but for greater clarity it is preferable for your poster to include an introduction, a body text and a short, concise conclusion summarising the main ideas presented. The font should be legible and of a sufficient size (Sans Serif font).
Placing the poster :
Each author is responsible for displaying and removing his/her poster. Elements for hanging the poster and instructions on where to place it will be given to the author when he or she is admitted to the conference on 21 November 2023. During the morning and afternoon breaks, the authors will be near their posters to answer any questions. During these same breaks, the jury will evaluate the posters on the basis of scientific interest and rigour, as well as presentation. Authors are also responsible for withdrawing their posters. Posters that have not been withdrawn by the evening of 21 November will not be retained by the conference organisers.
Registration for the programme :
Pre-registration is recommended at the following email address: support@centre-babel.fr Acceptance of the poster assumes that the first author registers for the conference in order for it to appear in the conference programme.
Prize for the best scientific poster :
Prizes will be awarded following the jury’s deliberations.
